At Kashidah Kari Shawls, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, we will gladly assist you, subject to product availability.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You must request an exchange within 5 days from the delivery date.
  • Steps to Request:
    • Contact us on WhatsApp at 0327 1965058 with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
    • Once approved, you will be guided through the next steps.
    • We will process your exchange and send the replacement item once we receive the returned product.

NOTE: For exchanges, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase and prefer a refund, we’ve made it simple to return your item.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Steps to Request:
    • Contact us on WhatsApp at 0327 1965058 with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Also mention the reason for refund and attach photos.
    • Once approved, you will be guided through the next steps.
    • If your refund is approved, a full refund will be transferred to the bank account of your choice within 1 business day after we receive and inspect the returned item.

An item will be deemed non-refundable if:

  • It has been used, worn, or washed.
  • The original packaging is missing or damaged.
  • The return request is made beyond the 5 day return window.
  • The item is not in the same condition as when it was delivered. We keep photographs of all orders prior to dispatch, and your return will be compared against these images to verify its condition.

NOTE:

  • KashidahKari Shawls reserves the right to deny refunds based on the reasons mentioned above. We also reserve the right to request additional information, such as more photos from different angles or in better lighting, to properly assess the condition of the item before making a decision.
  • The amount refunded will not include the delivery charges.
